Hi!  I’m Tina. I’m learning how to breathe deeply.

I worked for McKinsey consulting and then started and ran  tech companies based in NYC and Austin. These years were full of travel & adventure, material success,  friendship & relationships but were also demanding.

I thought I ate reasonably well, drank enough water, slept a decent amount & did the right workouts.

However,  I was still searching for a way to center myself amidst all the activity.

I remembered Ayurveda, the oldest medical healing system on Earth, from my motorcycle ride through India. Maybe I wasn’t setting the right foundation for longevity? A mentor encouraged me to pursue my intuition so I studied with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute.

Ayurveda rocked my world . Life is not only about what you put in your body (liquids, foods, experiences & emotions) but how you digest them. My quest is to help you digest your life.
